Refund & Return Policy

At SculptCup Pro, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Because our products are classified as personal care and body-use items, we cannot accept returned items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sculptcuppro@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if eligible, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Items will not be eligible for replacement or refund if:

• The product has been used improperly
• The issue is caused by normal wear and tear
• The request is made more than 7 days after delivery
• Insufficient proof of the issue is provided

We do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect ordering decisions
• Dissatisfaction after use
• Sale items or promotional purchases
• Gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
